Sugar Syrup is also know as Simple Syrup and it is super easy to make. It is a staple for any home bar that wants to whip up a cocktail or something a little more demure such as this Mint Iced Tea. Make sure your sterilised glass bottle has cooled down before decanting the mixture into the container otherwise the glass may break.
